    vintage 12 in. long portable Holt brand Keyway Cutter / Milling Machine
    -- circa 1940s/1950s -- has multiple end mills that fit into the holder with an adapter for smaller size mills
    -- no motor is included with this unit - I am guessing it worked off of a 1/2" drill or a flexible shaft off of a PTO
