1988 Low Price Vintage North Carolina "Commercial" License Plate, Good Condition! Lays pretty flat, has some surface rust mostly on the back (see back pic), with all embossed numbers, letters, borderline and embossed year numbers, no year stickers on this one! (see pics for condition). Has normal bolt wear on the top bolt holes, and none on the bottom ones! Surprisingly good paint on the face! It's older than 3yrs old (33yrs old) and presents value for collectors, for it's age, that's a good thing! ....USA lower 48 States, Puerto Rico and US Military addresses  bidders only!
