2015 North Carolina "WEIGHTED" License Plate, Very Good Condition!

Description

2015 North Carolina "WEIGHTED" License Plate! Very Good Condition, lays flat, no rust but does have rust stains from the steel bolts. Has all embossed numbers, letters and borderline (see pics for condition). Has normal to heavy bolt wear on the top holes, none on bottom holes, and a scrape on the borderline along part of the top. Also has some small separation blisters in spots on the bottom of the outside of the boarder. Has a numbers matching year sticker that is faded but readable in the right light but not the pic, and is older than 3yrs! That's a good thing for a collectable! ....USA lower 48 States, Puerto Rico and US Military addresses  bidders only! Thanks for looking! God Bless!
