This is a Beautiful Blue Wahl Eversharp Cap ONLY. The color I believe is what is called a Lapis blue in this particular pen cap. Overall, it is in very good condition.  It does have a little bit of a scrap/scratch at the very top of the cap on the black. Please see my pictures for details.
