This Choice 8 qt. full size chafer combines style and durability to ensure a lasting product that will impress your guests.
Complete with a water pan, food pan, cover, and fuel holders, this chafer distributes heat evenly to keep your hot food items warm throughout the entire length of your reception, banquet, or catered event. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, it is resistant to corrosion and has a sparkling, silver exterior.

Damaged Items Policy
For damage we state, "Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 5 business days of receipt so we can find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process." For this amount of damage which we would consider cosmetic, this would be something we are able to offer a partial refund for.
And that is just because we have no way of absolutely guaranteeing that a reshipment would not have similar cosmetic damage from transit.
You have the option for a FULL REFUND.
Bulk Item Policy
Larger items and equipment are more expensive than ground shipment, so they require special handling.
Inspect your shipment for damages before the carrier leaves.
Make note of the damages on the delivery receipt before signing.
