2. Install the function tray on the seat
3. Align & attach the seat to the base
4. Install the "T" tray on the backrest
5. Insert the "T" into the function tray
6. Adjust the height and tighten up
7. Install the armresets on both sides

Can I have a rest on there?
Of course, it has 3 mode, like office mode, reading mode, and gaming mode. You can adjust it to 135° if  you want to sleep.
Is it suitable for my children?
It is suitable for teens and adults. Too young is probably not appropriated.
