This unit is able to hold up to 175 hot dogs and 40 buns at one time. The buns are held above the hot dogs on a rack so that hot dogs are hot and ready to eat, while buns are soft and fresh.

8 Qt. Water Pan, Auto-Shutoff
The 8 qt. water pan allows you to fill up your hot dog steamer in the morning and go all day. A low water indicator light and automatic shutoff feature prevent damage.
