This kit contains everything you need to build your own amazing homebrew set up whether it be for beer, hard cider, soda, cold brew coffee, or Kombucha tea. This 5-gallon ball lock Cornelius "Corny" style keg has a dual grip rubber handle and rubber boot bottom. It has seen its fair share of parties but cleans up pretty well, and we would know because we have done the work for you. We've cleaned, de-labeled, sanitized, and pressure tested prior to sending on to you for all of your beverage needs. We still recommend washing kegs with warm water and a mild soap prior to use since these are still reconditioned and not new. This comes with a pressure relief valve built right into the lid, a benefit that pin lock kegs do not offer. There's no question as to why this is our most popular keg for brewers everywhere.
O-rings, valves, and other parts are replaced on an as needed basis to ensure the keg holds pressure prior to shipment. But we still recommend keeping a spare O-ring kit on hand at all times as they do tend to have a tendency of drying out.
And just to make sure, we've included one gratis!
This hearty reconditioned 7 lb. steel carbon dioxide tank is rust resistant with its thick, corrosion proof body and a fresh coat of paint. It has undergone recertification within 180 days of shipment (but more typically within 60-90 days) and offers 1800 PSI service pressure. This is one of the more popular cylinders due to its ease of use and transport as well as its plethora of storage and serving uses; from amazing homebrew soda or Kombucha tea to hydroponics, industrial, aquarium and welding use. Comes with CO2 label to assist fillers.
This cylinder meets all required Department of Transportation specifications and is DOT and TC approved.
All cylinders ship empty.

We have paired these with our top-shelf Taprite CO2 Dual Gauge Regulator. Solid brass body, easy-adjust locking polycarbonate bonnet, and high volumetric flow for continuity in product dispensing. This comes equipped with a permanent quad-ring seal on the inlet so there is no need for washers every tank change. Built-in pressure safety system with a burst at 55 to 60 PSI. This is approved for use by all major beer distributors and breweries.

Returns and Exchanges

Pressure-test all kegs and CO2 cylinders immediately—don't wait to check them.
Do not remove the valve from any cylinder. We can't accept returns if the valve has been removed, even if reinstalled.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order; please contact us before shipping any item for return.
Returned items must be in the same condition as originally received—unused, unmodified/not disassembled, and with no gas or liquids inside.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may apply.
