If the Operator Pays Attention to the Oil Window Without Oil Supply, He Must Immediately Disassemble the Pump Core to Clean the One-way Valve and Clean the Oil Cylinder at the Same Time, and Then Refill the Guide Rail Oil. If the Oil Pump Is Not Found to Be Blocked for a Long Time, the Oil Pump Will Burn out. Therefore, the Oil Pump Is Not Designed so That It Will Never Burn out, but Burn out Under Special Circumstances to Protect the Guide Rail from Being Damaged by the Intrusion of Sand and Dust.
Installation
1. When Replacing the Oil Pump, Please Clean up the Oil Circuit, Residue, Iron Filings and Other Waste. This Protects the Oil Pump and Keeps It from Breaking for a Long Time. If the Residue and Iron Filings Are Not Cleaned up Before Replacement, the Oil Pump Will Suck in the Residue and Iron Filings. This Will Cause the Operation to Stop, or Even Burn the Oil Pump in Severe Cases.
2. When a New Oil Pump Is Installed for the First Time, Sometimes the Oil Pump Makes a Noise and Does Not Supply Oil Due to the Air in the Pump Core. at This Time, It Is Necessary to Manually Inject Lubricating Oil from the Inlet of the Oil Pump When the Power Is Turned on. the Air in the Oil Pump Can Be Discharged.
