Yes, it's Chinese, but looks well made.

Comes with a couple arbors, but they are metric so you would probably want to put inch ones in. This would make a good machine for squaring up stock. I would keep it for that but need the floor space for other things.
Bought this for a project that got canceled before it go going. This machine has never been used.
