Warranty / Return Policy:
Our goal here is to sell off our overflow of tools and stored equipment to make room for new, so we will do our very best to describe each item accurately.  Please note that all units are sold in as-is condition with no warranties or guarantees. We offer a 14 day return policy from the date on the invoice on all items
UNLESS
otherwise noted within the listing.  With this return policy you have 14 days from the date of invoice to return the unit if it is found to be defective.  Please contact us directly to let us know you will be returning the defective unit. Once we receive the unit and have verified it is in the same condition as when we shipped it, we will either send you a replacement unit if we have one in stock or we will issue a refund for the unit price

Alterations or removal of any components off an item voids the 14-day return policy.
Please note that most of our equipment is in used condition, and we offer this 14 day return policy so you have the opportunity to test the unit and make sure it is the condition you expected.  Any claims for a defective item must be received by our company in writing prior to 14 days from the date of invoice.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Local Pickup:
We are located in St. Louis, Missouri.  If you would like to schedule an appointment to inspect an item, or to pick it up, please contact us directly.  Please note that we must charge sales tax for a local pick up, unless you are tax exempt.  If you are tax exempt we require a copy of your tax exempt certificate before pick up. Please contact us for payment methods available to pay upon pickup.
Shipping:
After you have purchased an Item on eBay please wait until we send over an updated invoice through eBay which reflects the correct shipping charges before paying as this will ensure that you are not over charged for shipping.
Shipping – Small Packages:
All listings with be shipped the best way.
USPS OR UPS - whichever is cheapest within the lower 48 States

no exceptions.
PO Boxes are not an acceptable address form
unless
you are paying for shipping via USPS. If you enter a PO Box as your address we will contact you for your physical address. Please be advised that a delay in response will delay your shipping time.
If you would like a different method of shipping, would like us to use a different carrier, or need rush shipping please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs.  We do our very best to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared or the next business day.  If there is a delay in shipping your item we will contact you.  All items valued over 0.00 include delivery confirmation.
Please note that once a package has left our facility, we have absolutely no way of changing the delivery address.  If we need to reship the unit because it has been returned to us you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Shipping – International:
We do not offer International Shipping.
Emergency / Expedited Services:
We understand that some of our customers need items fast because of an emergency after business hours.  We will do our very best to work with you to meet your demands. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible with expedited solutions and costs.
Shipping – Freight:
If you are interested in purchasing a larger item or a "lot" of items which requires freight, please contact us directly for the best freight price possible.  Please note that we quote you the exact price of freight and do not include any additional charges of any kind. Our preferred shipping company is UPS Freight.
If you would like us to work with a different carrier, or you would like to arrange freight, please contact us and we will give you the pickup address, dimensions, and weight. Please note that items will not be shipped until the freight charges have been paid.
Payment Terms:
We will under no circumstance ship an item when payment has not cleared or the item has not yet been paid for.
All items
MUST
be paid for within 7 days. If an item is not paid for within 7 days we will open an unpaid item case through eBay to cancel the transaction.
We accept PayPal --  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still check out with PayPal as a guest, however you will need to contact PayPal for instructions.
We also accept all major credit cards through our online merchant authorize.net; however you must contact us directly and fill out a form to authorize our company to charge your credit card.
For local pick ups please contact us for payment methods available to pay upon pickup.
