OSG 5 flute, 30 degree, roughing end mill # 45109/00 (edp# adds 2 zeros). 6-1/2" overall length. 4" cutting length. 1" diameter shank and cut. It is an HSS/Cobalt alloy.
It looks like it was clamped down once by previous owner, and I never used it. Frankly, I dont think my j-head would survive using it! Maybe in aluminum, but this is for harder materials!
Its time to let go.
No nicks or chips and all is sharp. But there is slight coolant staining or bits of rust inside the flute channels from poor storage
(pic #6 is the worst spot and looks worse due to magnification).
My guess is it will clean right up after a few passes when you are cutting. Plus, I dont think the rust will cause loading anyway since its rough cutting or hogging. Maybe with a fine finish mill you might get loading or adhesion but I dont think so with roughing. But thats just one idiots opinion...
Sells for over 0.00 new. I think this is a fair price and hopefully you do too.
I will ship this item to all U.S. states, for .45, USPS Priority. Its over a pound so I cant use 1st Class Parcel. USPS Ground and Fedex Ground are just about the same cost, sometimes MORE than Priority Flat Rate so all considered, Priority is the best shipping option.
