    If you need to clear thick molding around your window or any other obstruction that might prevent your slats from turning you need extension brackets.
    Comes with removable 1 9/16"" clip which can be removed and used alone if you decide to mount inside a window frame.
    For this to fit your headrail, top should be slightly wider than 1 1/2".  1 and 9/16" is the intended size.
