Vintage Pop Up Kritter toy from Fisher Price, with Walt Disney's Pluto.
Puppet is controlled with strings on the bottom.  Underneath the dog is a faded mark for Fisher Price and Disney.
Believe from the 1930s. Green base is apprx 10.5".
Condition as seen in pictures.  The original string has been replace with plastic fishing line.
Also the ears are barely hanging on.  See pictures.
