Nice style, or design element to the pencil - Classic - looks 1920s to me - THE TOP IS GOLD FILLED , AND THE NOZZLE IS WHITE METAL
Some age / patina, the barrel is BLUE, (The color versions are not seen often) there are a few chips as shown, will display well -  no personalization, -  no dents ,  sturdy with a quality mechanism -  1.1mm lead
